On-Boards testing and training center has been designed to provide applicants
with an opportunity to demonstrate their respective skills, understanding,
and capabilities in a variety of areas.
This tool assists On-Board Human
Resource Professionals in assessing what career opportunities are best suited
for each applicant, as well as for assessment of any key training needs of the
existing workforce. Of course this is not the only way that candidates will be
evaluated but is helpful in understanding your fundamental skills.
